What We Do

We represent the interests of all Penrith business, from all sectors of industry and from sole traders to the biggest of employers.

We provide a strong voice that can influence local business decisions. The Chamber has strong relationships with local government and other institutions and we lobby these on issues which affect the local business community.

We bring engagement by bringing different sectors of the business community together in order that they can work together for each other’s benefit as well as for the benefit of the town. We also have a close working relationship with the Penrith Partnership and the Business Improvement District (BID).

We provide networking opportunities through our extensive events programme. There are numerous opportunities for making new business connections. 

We provide skills development and knowledge – we have access to services provided by local business people who can provide training and other business information.
