Marmalade Festival - Penrith Goes Orange Road Closure

Just to let you know ahead of the Marmalade Festival on Saturday 19th March 2016, that there is a temporary road closure from 6am – 7pm, affecting Devonshire Street and Little Dockray, which will have a large number of market stalls set up for the event.
