Notice of Annual General Meeting

To all Chamber of Trade Members

Notice is hereby given of the Penrith Chamber of Trade’s Annual General Meeting to be held at the North Lakes Hotel on Tuesday 2nd February commencing at 6pm.

At this meeting an election for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Independent Auditor and members for the Chamber Executive will be held. There will also be a short report from Helen Little, Treasurer, and both the outgoing and incoming Chamber President as well a short presentation from Jane Hasell-McCosh of Dalemain on the forthcoming World Marmalade Festival

Nominations will close at 6pm on Tuesday, 2nd February at 6pm and will be accepted by email to [email protected] or by mail or by hand to Kate Cunningham, c/o Penrith Building Society, 7 King Street, Penrith CA11 7AR .

It is rewarding and fun participating at executive level and all members are encouraged to consider if they wish to become part of the team in 2016 under our new President.  Attending events also gives members easy access to you so they can share ideas or any concerns which can then be raised at the monthly executive meetings.

The usual high standard of light refreshments will be provided courtesy of North Lakes Hotel (thanks Anthony) so bookings would be appreciated for catering purposes.
